Navigating the Marketing Maze: A Guide for Founder CEOs

Before diving into what you are going to do, work out what your marketing needs to achieve. Whether increasing brand awareness, generating leads, or driving sales, setting clear and measurable goals will guide your strategy and keep you focused on what matters most.


3. Work out what makes you special: 

As Founder CEOs, we bring a unique perspective and passion to our businesses. Identify what your customers say sets your company apart from competitors, Then you can talk about it in your marketing communication


4. Select your channels wisely:

There are plenty of channels to explore, and you can’t do all of them. Work out where your customers spend time and the most efficient and authentic way to reach them there. You can experiment with different channels to find the right mix, but the fewer the better. One or two channels will likely deliver all your results. Find them, and go all in. 


5. Measure, Iterate, Repeat:

Effective marketing is about continuous improvement. Find out fast and respond quickly. You’ll need to monitor the performance of your marketing and use these insights to iterate and improve your activities for better results.


6. Seek Support and Stay Informed:

While we may not all be marketing experts, we don't have to navigate this journey alone. Seek support from mentors, peers, or professional resources. Look around for best practices and steal with pride.
